- Document security breaches and assess the damage they cause
- Perform tests and uncover network vulnerabilities
- Fix detected vulnerabilities to maintain a high-security standard
- Support in the development of company-wide best practices for IT security
- Perform internal penetration testing if required
- Help colleagues install security software and understand information security management
- Be an escalation point for the service desk, resolving security/network-related issues
- Strong knowledge of Azure services, such as Azure Active Directory, Defender 365, Sentinel and Azure Virtual Desktop and Intune
- Proven work experience as a Cybersecurity Analyst or similar role
- Experience with computer network penetration testing and techniques
- Understanding of firewalls, proxies, SIEM, antivirus and IDPS concepts
- Ability to identify and mitigate network vulnerabilities and explain how to avoid them
- Knowledge of security frameworks and standards, such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS
