Monarch Healthcare are recruiting for a receptionist to join our team at Heeley Bank Care Home, Sheffield, S2.

This is a full-time position, working between the days of Monday and Friday. The rate of pay is in line with national minimum wage.

Responsibilities can include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintain accurate records line with Company policy and procedures
  • Prepare and issue reports as required
  • Process receipts of monies against Clients' accounts and maintain records
  • Maintain files and records for Clients and Staff in line with Company procedures and regulation
  • Provide administrative support to the Management and Administration team
  • Answer the telephone, respond to enquiries from Clients and visitors at Reception, and redirect enquiries in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Welcome visitors to the nursing home
  • Good numerical and word processing skills
  • Knowledge and experience of Microsoft packages including Excel and Outlook.
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Genuine interest in working within a caring environment

Job Types:

Salary:
Up to £10.42 per hour
