Adept are excited to be working with a Reputable Manufacturer based in Bredbury who supply heavily into Oil and Gas industries who are now looking to recruit a skilled Bench Dresser to join their team.

SHIFTS - Monday - Friday DAYS- Monday to Thursday 7am to 4pm & Friday 7am to 1pm

SALARY - £29,000 - £30,000

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Understanding Quality procedures including route sheets
• Stamping procedures i.e., Traceability of components
• Basic grinding on abrasive wheels
• Use of measuring equipment
• Read engineering drawings & Geometric Tolerances
• Maintaining and promoting Health and Safety procedures
• Maintenance of equipment

Skills Required:

• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Flexible and adaptable to change
• Problem-solving

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of hand tools & air tools
• Ability to read and understand Engineering drawings and specifications
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
• Engineering Apprenticeship preferred but not essential
