    Job Description

    We are currently hiring for a TempCall Handler/ Customer Service Operativeto join our growing team based out of Thame, Oxfordshire.

    Purpose:

    As a Call Handler you will spend your day assisting residents with their repair issues, answering calls and booking appointments for our operatives to visit their properties and undertake works. This will include:

    • Answer incoming calls from residents with regards to repairs issues
    • Understanding and diagnosing repair requests
    • Managing incoming repairs inbox and allocating repairs works appropriately
    • Scheduling work for operatives to attend properties and undertake works

    Qualifications

    • Good attention to detail
    • Preferably have prior experience of working in a customer service environment, whether this is in a contact centre or face to face (i.e. retail / hospitality).
    • The main thing for us is that you have a positive can-do attitude and are a great team player.
    • A strong communicator with a great telephone manner and a genuine desire to help people on a daily basis.
