We have an exciting opportunity for an Onsite IT Support Technician to work for our reputable client based in the Hayes area.

As the Onsite IT Support Technician, you will be working closely with the IT Team Lead ensuring the day-to-day IT operations run smoothly and effectively, managing incidents and customer requests from receipt to resolution and closure.

This Onsite IT Support Technician role comes with genuine progression, my client is extremely interested in candidates who are looking to learn and progress.

This is an On-Site role working for our client within the Education sector.

The successful candidate will need to have a vehicle as they will be traveling to 3 different Education sites, all within a few miles of each other.

Onsite IT Support Technician - primary responsibilities therefore include:To manage incidents and customer requests from receipt to resolution and closureTo ensure service level agreement standards are metTo maintain high levels of customer satisfactionTo promptly complete any admin paperwork and documentationKeep accurate records of all site information using IT Service Management toolsPromote best practices and adhere to change control processAccurately plan and organise the working weekReview scorecard bi-weekly with Team Lead & or ManagerTechnical experience required: (not all essential)Windows ServerOffice 365Basic NetworkingCloud and Virtualization (if you do not have these experiences, then as long as you're keen to learn)Personalised training platformSkills assessment and personalised progression plansMicrosoft Gold Partner and Google PartnerMicrosoft and Google training courses, accreditations, and examsOne-to-One trainingCompany healthcare availableMonthly performance-related incentives - including additional holiday days and vouchersSocial & team building activities
