Infinity is an industry leader in compliance and maintenance services, providing dynamic solutions to accommodate the needs of our clients.

We offer a range of property and management solutions, including mechanical/electrical installations and maintenance to asbestos and legionella services.

We currently have an exciting new opportunity for a Works Coordinator to join our well-equipped team on Unity House, Wigan on a full-time, permanent basis.


The Role:


Your role will be to provide a range of administrative services within the assigned contract, supporting the business to ensure a smooth running of the office and services provided.

You will focus on works coordination of both planned and reactive requests to include arrangement and closure to required response times.


You will therefore be required to:

  • Responding to work requests from all clients, allocating work to the external contractors, or internal teams in a timely manner.
  • Raising purchase orders for external contractors, receipting of completed works and approval of related invoices.
  • Scheduling reactive and PPM work, ensuring work is effectively allocated according to engineer skills and business requirements.
  • Providing administrative support in the processing of parts ordering and processing the provision of the required financial information to colleagues for client invoicing.
  • Resolve or escalate queries from clients in an efficient manner
We are also looking for someone with previous administration experience within a busy office environment along with the following:

  • Experience of working in a customer facing role
  • Competent in use of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.) and information databases
  • Capable of multitasking and working to deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.]
