Must have:
- Qualification (CIMA/ACCA) or qualified by experience
Desirable:
- Knowledge of Xero
- Microsoft Dynamic
- Knowledge of payroll
Duties:
- Raising debit notes
- Payment runs every two / four weekly (BACS / online / cheques)
- Credit card payments
- Commissions payments
- Daily cash book/sales ledger entries and monthly balances
- Nominal ledger work
- Budgeting
- Cashflow
- VAT, Intrastat and EU sales returns
- Bank reconciliations / statements
- Balancing multicurrency accounts
- Petty cash
- Processing personnel expense claims and travel advances
- Month end
- Ad hoc duties
