Description

Must have:

  • Qualification (CIMA/ACCA) or qualified by experience

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of Xero
  • Microsoft Dynamic
  • Knowledge of payroll

Duties:


  • Raising debit notes
  • Payment runs every two / four weekly (BACS / online / cheques)
  • Credit card payments
  • Commissions payments
  • Daily cash book/sales ledger entries and monthly balances
  • Nominal ledger work
  • Budgeting
  • Cashflow
  • VAT, Intrastat and EU sales returns
  • Bank reconciliations / statements
  • Balancing multicurrency accounts
  • Petty cash
  • Processing personnel expense claims and travel advances
  • Month end
  • Ad hoc duties
