    Job summary

    An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Community nursing teams in Bolton. We are seeking to appoint an appropriately qualified Health Care Assistant to join our Community Nursing service within the Integrated Community Service Division.

    Main duties of the job

    We expect our staff to provide the best possible care to patients. In order to support this we offer excellent development opportunities and training for the right candidate.

    We are looking for someone who has experience in relevant health care practice. You will be motivated, with a drive to give patients the highest standard of care in a wide variety of would like to hear from any Health Care Assistants who have a genuine desire to nurse patients in the community setting both visiting patients in their place of residence and in the clinic setting.

    You must be able to travel across various sites in the town independently to be eligible for this post.

    About us

    This service is part of the integrated community Division covering the town of Bolton. Community practice is desirable but not essential as an induction into this role will be provided. The post involves 7 day working which includes bank holidays. We are able to offer full and part time posts.
