My client is seeking a senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their busy Dispute Resolution Team, operating at Partner level or as a Senior Associate looking to develop their career.

They regularlydeal with high value and complex cases and can offer an exciting workload with the opportunity to work closely with the Firm's corporate and employment teams on multifaceted disputes.


The dynamic and highly respected Commercial Litigation Team (one of the largest in Kent) conducts a wide range of commercial litigation including commercial contract disputes, partnership and shareholder disputes, professional negligence claims, insolvency,IP & IT and construction disputes.


A large proportion of their work concerns commercial contract disputes for a wide range of local, national and international businesses as well as public sector clients, particularly in the Higher and Further Education fields.


Skills:


  • 6+ PQE (other PQE will be considered)
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Experience in complex commercial litigation at a top tier law firm or established regional practice
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload
  • Effective negotiation skills, good attention to detail and clear drafting skills
  • Effective technical and analytical skills
  • The ability to tackle complex problems quickly and to provide clear, strategic, pragmatic solutions
  • Flexibility
