    Telesales Team Leader within a Technology business

    • 60-70 OTE in year 1 (depending on success)
    • Join a start-up / growing business

    • 5 days per week including Saturday & Sundays required

    This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast paced sales environment specialising in providing driving courses to students.

    Responsibilities:

    • Player/Coach role whereby you will be an individual contributor 3 days per week and then be the sales team leader on the weekends
    • Drive business growth by leading the team on the KPI front
    • Increase the teams conversion rates through dynamic coaching
    • First point of contact for each prospect, first impressions is important
    • Leading the team on the weekends
    • All inbound or warm outbound calls
    • NO cold calling required

    Requirements:

    • Track record of success in a telephone-based sales role
    • Ideally have experience of leading a small team
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Tenacity, ambition, and resilience for continuous personal and professional growth.
    • Strong telephone manner for engaging with clients and building rapport.
    • Telephone-based sales role experience, with a high output, high volume nature.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a target-driven environment.
    • Teamwork skills and a commitment to a positive and supportive work environment.
    • Motivation, self-drive, and self-discipline for outstanding performance.
