    Project Coordinator
    Central London (Office based)

    Capstone are working with a leading project management consultancy based in London, to recruit a Project Coordinator / Administrator to join their Programme Management team.

    Our client works with leading blue-chip clients to deliver office refurbishments throughout the UK and EMEA regions.

    As a project coordinator you will be responsible for the co-ordination and delivery of various project related tasks / processes to support the senior project and Programme team in the delivery commercial fit out projects.

    As such strong stakeholder management and organisational skills will be essential.
    Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of project activities.
    Maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
    Facilitate communication among project stakeholders, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned.
    Track project progress and milestones, identifying and addressing potential issues.
    Coordinate meetings, workshops, and other project-related events.
    Assist in resource allocation and budget monitoring.
    Support the project team in identifying and implementing process improvements.
    Ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
    Proven experience as a project administrator, coordinator, or similar role.
    Excellent organisational and time management skills.
    Proficiency in project management tools/software.
