    This position is a technical hands-on role supporting the company's current customer/integrator base with design, deployment, configuration and in-life support of our solutions, configuring proof of concepts, and working with colleagues to solve complex deliverables.


    There will also be the opportunity to work with global team members on specific projects and to put forward future ideas for the product range.


    It should be noted that some of this work may require travel to the customer site, a clean driving license would be beneficial.

    Provide technical support to customers/integration partners as required


    • Use company tools for the logging of support tickets and project management
    • Work alongside the engineering team to continuously improve software design and solutions, to fit customer requirements
    • Understand client-server component architecture, virtual environments, API's, networking principles and database/data structures
    • Work under pressure, deadline driven environment, on multiple simultaneous projects.
    • Enjoy working in a team, but also comfortable with autonomy and diversity
    • Relevant qualifications in IT, Software, Engineering, Technical or similar discipline.
    • Any relevant software support, deployment or IT/security industry experience would be valuable
    • Good organisational skills with ability to adjust quickly to shifting priorities.
    • Travel required, regional and occasional international (depending on business requirements)
    • UK citizen, resident, or valid work permit
    • Full UK driving license & access to your own vehicle
    Application and software development skills or experience in .NET, C++, C#, or similar

    • Experience in a 2nd Line or 3rd Line support role
    • Knowledge of software tools and applications and scripting or coding
    • Experience with JavaScript, Python, HTML, or similar software apps and scripting.
    • Any other IT qualification such as Cisco, Microsoft, Project Management Tools etc
