    Job Description:

    The successful candidate will work within the Projects and Estimating departments. Working as part of an enthusiastic and highly motivated team, they will play a key role in the delivery of projects on time, within budget and to an exceptionally high quality.

    Working closely with our experienced Project Managers and Estimators, full training and support will be provided in both areas of the Business, providing an excellent opportunity to gain experience and develop personal skills alongside the Company.

    Working on a range of exciting projects in commercial, residential and retail sectors will provide the opportunity to gain valuable experience working within a joinery manufacturing environment, on large projects and also bespoke projects, tailored to our customers requirements.

    Role Responsibilities:

    With full guidance and support from our Estimating Manager and Head of Projects, the successful candidate will assist with:

    • Working with the team to manage the full project lifecycle, from inception and design development through to completion.
    • Providing a high level of customer service, and communicating effectively with customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
    • Assisting in the preparation of project documentation, such as quotations, project trackers, job costings, purchase orders, order acknowledgements and various project reporting.
    • Collaborating with our in-house design team and Estimators to develop and price products to the client's specification.
    • Overseeing production and assessing quality of projects as they are manufactured in our factory and managing any risks and issues that may be encountered.
