What would your key responsibilities be?:

Oversight of end to end internal and external recruitment processes for the Commercial (Procurement), Supply Chain and P&O (HR) teams.
Supporting Line Managers with interview booking and assessment processes.
Advising on and processing offers through Workday.
Ensuring hiring managers have the recruiting skill set and complementary assessors to ensure great decision making.
Managing relationships with key external providers and agencies, ensuring recruitment partners understand Mars values and are a consistent extension of Mars' employer reputation.

What are we looking for?:

Demonstrable HR experience, ideally obtained as a Resourcer, Talent Acquisition Partner or similar.
Ability to deliver recruiting solutions to geographically distributed hiring managers while consistently delivering professional customer service.
Ability to interpret global process, practice local operational policies, address issues, troubleshoot for resolution and escalate issues to appropriate parties as needed.
Ability to navigate in a highly matrixed work environment and adjust priorities to ensure critical work is delivered in a timely fashion.
Experience of recruiting within procurement or supply chain markets would be advantageous.
Experience of working in the FMCG sector would be a bonus.
