Payroll Administrator - Woolpit, United Kingdom - Reed Accountancy
Description
Reed Accountancy are currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator for a large company in Woolpit, Bury St Edmunds. This is a full time or part time, permanent position with hybrid working.
To be successful, you will have previous experience in end-end payroll, a good understanding of PAYE, national insurance and company pension schemes.
Responsibilities:
- Collate, prepare and input data for five monthly payrolls
- Include starters, leavers, sickness, overtime, attachment on earnings, pension, vehicles
- Administer flexible benefits such as childcare vouchers, holiday purchase private medical insurance and car loans
- Prepare reports and reconcile completed payrolls ahead of final checking
- Ensure pension contributions are paid to pension providers
- Distribute P45's, P60s and Auto Enrolment notifications
- Keep up to day with payroll legislation
