- Managing new product introduction across all areas of packaging product development
- Supporting all internal and external stakeholders in relation to new product development to meet company, client and industry requirements
- Develop technical readiness test plans to ensure all packaging components meet material and functionality requirements
- Manage all elements of simultaneously running projects from inception through all development stages to scale up and volume production
- Ensure projects meet all requirements in terms of quality, delivery and cost
- Lead and manage new packaging structural developments
- Provide technical packaging NPI support to all new product development
- Provide on-going project data, including project risk management, for all project work

You will have a dynamic and varied role and will be responsible for complete end-to-end project management for new product development of packaging and associated products within an exceptionally highly regarded organisation.
You will have a dynamic, challenging and varied role, your duties and responsibilities including;
Ideally degree qualified in a relevant discipline, you will have a wealth of experience as a Senior NPD Project Manager within a fast-paced environment, ideally within a packaging or closely related role. You will be able to demonstrate an excellent combination of both technical and project management skills with proven experience in leading and managing multiple simultaneously running projects. You will have first class written and verbal communication skills and be well versed in managing multiple internal and external stakeholder relationships to achieve project goals in relation to successful new product introduction.
