We have a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager to join our team within Vistry Cotswolds, at our office in Cheltenham.
As our Project Manager you will will manage key information, engineering and working drawing packages to enable any given residential development to be built as intended and to obtain all necessary technical approvals.

Good level of IT literacy with experience of AutoCAD, Outlook, Excel and Word. Revit experience would be an advantage.
Excellent organisation and time management with ability to multitask.
More about the Project Manager role
Following technical approval being granted, managing timely completion of legal agreements with external solicitors.
Manage progression of utility designs from land handover to initial mains laying onto site, ensuring legal agreements completed in timely manner.
Provide information for Housing Association contracts and attendance of progress meetings.Submission of all information to NHBC and obtaining approval of same, obtaining SAP Assessments together with PEA and EPC's, Secure by Design Approval and Robust Details.
Obtaining and collating all ancillary specialist drawings including heating and plumbing, kitchens, stairs, joists, trusses, lintels, pc ground floors and pc upper floors.
