    A bit about the role

    Are you a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales and new business development?

    We are currently seeking a Sales Executive, ideally with previous experience in Net New Name sales and New Business Development. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth through both Net New Names sales and Strategic Account Management.

    Reporting directly to our Commercial Director you will play a crucial role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing relationships with potential clients, and ultimately driving revenue growth for the company. Your primary focus will be on selling our SAP consulting services and solutions to clients.

    To succeed in this role, you should have new business development and account management experience, be target-driven, possess excellent closing skills, and have good time management and planning abilities. You should be a strong team player, have excellent presentation and negotiation skills, be commercially aware, and demonstrate good communication skills - both oral and written.

  • Previous experience as a Sales Executive, across new business development and account management
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Good time management and planning abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Commercially aware with a focus on responsibility
  • Deadline-driven and self-motivated

    Key tasks and responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Becoming intimately familiar with Absoft's service lines
  • Identifying market opportunities for the service line and developing those opportunities into campaigning, lead nurturing, and closed opportunities
  • Identifying opportunities within the Company's existing customer base to up-sell the service line
  • Aid in the development of account development plans to enable growth of target accounts
  • Contribute to business planning
  • Co-ordinating and preparing high-quality timely proposals, in line with approved collateral such as UVPs and based on approved engagement models as well as seeking input from Consultants and Project Managers
  • Maintaining and updating contractual requirements
  • Communicating clearly with consultants and project managers to ensure our offering meets the client's needs
  • Engaging with customers to agree any commercial changes required as advised by project managers
