We are delighted to an announce an exciting opportunity for a talented and ambitious Sous Chef to join the ranks in one of the of the country's best restaurants.

Opening in 2018 and receiving its first Michelin Star just a year later, Opheem has proven to be a statement piece delivering contemporary modern British restaurant influenced and inspired by flavours and recipes from the whole of the Indian sub-continent.

Constantly striving to improve and evolve as a restaurant, we were honoured to receive our second Michelin star in February 2024 and are looking for talent to join us along that journey.

Built on bold & intricate flavours and foundations in the precision of European cooking, the restaurant has found itself consistently in the top restaurant guides since opening with a view on improving and refining every day with a world class service kitchen.

Our sous chefs are expected to be active in all aspects of the kitchen.

You must have the right temperament and attitude to help run the kitchen utilising your knowledge to produce the quality and consistency required at this level.
