Signature are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Project Administrator for a busy office based near Weston-Super-Mare.
With a large amount of current and future projects in the pipeline they are seeking to appoint a Part Time Project Administrator to provide administrative support within the property and planning team.
This role will suit someone who enjoys working in property development and who relishes being fully involved in all aspects of administration and project work.

Key Responsibilities:
- General administration to support the department manager and director
- Answering phones and taking accurate messages
- Arranging for documents to be printed/collected
- There will be some light office management such as; keeping the office tidy, meeting rooms, ordering stationery
- Contacting suppliers and chasing outstanding information
- Raise purchase orders and liaise with accounts team
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong organisational skills
- Attention to detail
- Microsoft Office experience
- Good communication skills and telephone manner
- To be able to get to the office near Weston-SuperMare (not near public transport links)
Appropriate training will be given, and you will always be supported in developing your skills by this small, friendly team.
