Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Public Services teacher.

The role is open to qualified teachers with a variety of backgrounds, such as criminology, law, politics, sociology, and related disciplines.

Relevant vocational experience in the Uniformed Protective Services sector is an advantage but not essential. You will be joining an experienced, supportive team with a strong commitment to sharing ideas and resources. You will also benefit from support within the faculty including a mentor, Tutorial Area Manager and Curriculum Area Manager.

As a teacher on a Programme Leader contract you will take responsibility for an element of curriculum provision, planning schemes of work and developing resources.

You will act as a personal tutor for a group of learners who will also comprise one of your teaching groups.
