We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead the creation and development of robust financial planning, analysis and performance measurement in this newly established role at Maggie's.

You will have substantial experience of successfully leading a financial business planning team in a dynamic organisation and proven experience of creating, implementing and evolving detailed financial models and forecasts in a complex environment and have strong analytical skills.

Educated to degree level you will have membership of a professional accounting body.

Responsibilities:

You will provide strategic and operational financial leadership to create develop, implement and evolve a robust and forward focused financial planning, analysis and performance function.
You will lead the creation and development of robust financial planning, analysis and performance measurement in conjunction with the senior leadership team to ensure Maggie's achieves its strategic objectives.
Develop financial KPI's in conjunction with the Executive team to ensure success of financial strategy.
Manage the endtoend delivery of financial forecasting processes, including communications, timetable and data requirements.
Use the outputs from the financial models and analysis to drive decision making.
