Senior Space Utilisation Manager, Brighton, £250 - £380pday (Monday - Friday)

Client:

Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting for a temporary Senior Space Utilisation Manager to join a large Public Sector organisation in Brighton for a 6 month assignment (with a strong possibility of extension).

The assignment can start immediately.

Role:

The role forms part of a busy Property Services Team, duties will include;

Responsible for overseeing space utilisation across a large complex multisite organisation
Major focus on optimising space within a new facility and moving departments displaced by this major project
Work closely with a wide range of nonproperty stakeholders to ensure effective communication and smooth transitions
Provide space planning expertise and advice to senior management
Ensure accurate floor plans are maintained, detailing occupancy levels and space utilisation
Maintain and update space planning statistics

Person:

Experience within a similar space utilisation role, within a large complex organisation
Exposure to transformation programmes would be advantageous
Working knowledge of AutoCAD is highly desirable
