Data Centre Construction Site Manager (Europe) - Travel Required

Our client, a leading US consultancy firm, is seeking a highly motivated Data Centre Construction Site Manager to join their expanding European team. They are on an exciting growth trajectory, with a pipeline of new data centre projects across Europe.

What you'll do:

• Oversee all aspects of data centre construction projects at various European locations.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring efficient and cost-effective execution.
• Lead and motivate a team of construction professionals, fostering a collaborative and safety-focused environment.
• Ensure strict adherence to project plans, specifications, and quality control procedures.
• Manage subcontractor performance, resolving issues and ensuring timely project completion.
• Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the construction process.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Extensive travel throughout Europe to client and project sites.

You are the ideal candidate if you have:

• Experience in managing complex construction projects, with a proven track record in data centre construction preferred.
• In-depth understanding of all phases of data centre construction, including electrical, mechanical, and civil works.
• Strong working knowledge of European building codes and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive and problem-solving approach to challenges.
• Speak multiple languages
