Regional Manager
Our client is a successful and growing company who provide a premium product nationwide, operating through a network of 130 franchises.
The salary is circa £32,000 p/a plus company benefits.
Through management, coaching and influencing skills, Regional Manager's will play a key role in driving day-to-day performance, as well as a driving a structured approach to continuous improvement and change management.
The Regional Manager will be responsiblefor the financial and operational performance of up to 25 franchisees in their region, plus implementing the transformational growth plan.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensure the customer journey and experience is exemplary
- Ensure franchise partners operate to the same values and standards of the brand
- Deliver the annual growth plan for your Region, ensuring KPIs are delivered
- Ensure Franchisee partners are delivering on key SLAs and performance criteria
- Ensure new processes are being embedded and followed
- Be the first port of call for your region, building close relationships with the partners to ensure continuity and growth and to find and realise new opportunities, and identifying and managing risk
- Planning and reporting
- General or regional management, with experience of working independently operated multisite business, or with remote teams, preferably within a franchised business
- Strong commercial acumen: analytical and numerate with the ability to understand and interpret trends from data
- An understanding of the sales process, and ability to coach and help our partners grow in confidence on closing deals
- Excellent influencing & communication skills.
- Selfstarter who can operate in a complex and agile environment, delivering business change initiatives and continuous improvement
- Passionate in customer service with the desire to drive excellence
- UK driving licence
