Overview
Eden Brown Synergy's corporate service division is working in partnership with a leading Life and Pensions organisation based in Reading, Berkshire, which is seeking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their Bereavement and Claims team.
This role is paying £11.80 per hour PAYE for 6 months initially, which has training for few weeks onsite, and then Hybrid.
Your role:
You will provide quick resolutions to customers, following regulatory processes, you will also assess risks of any financial crime and will assist in completing forms, generating letters to customers.
Skills and Experience:
- Prior customer service, call center background is desirable.
- Prior experience in administration with Eye for detail.
