We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Lead for our Croydon Depot.Customer Service Lead - The Role:
Proactively manage effective working relationships with customers ensuring that all customer services issues are dealt with in a professional and timely manner
Good commercial knowledge of sales processes such as sales order processing, quotations etc.
