    Customer Service Lead

    Contract:
    Permanent, Full time


    Hours of Work:
    Monday to Thursday 08.Competitive Salary (GBP3- GBP37K per annum, DOE)

    Unitrunk Ltd is one of the UK's leading manufacturers of steel cable management systems with distribution centers throughout the UK.

    We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Lead for our Croydon Depot.
    Customer Service Lead - The Role:
    Proactively manage effective working relationships with customers ensuring that all customer services issues are dealt with in a professional and timely manner


    • Ensure that all returns are agreed and processed in accordance with company policy
    • Manage all customer complaints using the complaints procedure
    • Be responsible for planning all workflow through the depot
    • Be responsible for ensuring that all company policies are adhered to within the depot
    • Ensure that fleet management requirements are fully adhered to
    • Co-ordinate cycle counting and monthly/bi-annual stock checks
    Customer Service Lead - The Candidate:
    Good commercial knowledge of sales processes such as sales order processing, quotations etc.


    • Knowledge of the electrical wholesale industry would be advantageous
