As the Head Chef you will lead our exceptional kitchen team in elevating the dining experience across our diverse range of food venues - including a traditional pub, events menu, café/bistro, pizza takeaway kitchen, fish and chips counter, and our new street food truck.

You'll collaborate closely with our kitchen team to enhance our food offering and menus; with a core focus on farm-to-plate, seasonality of produce, and the quality of locally sourced ingredients.

We will give you full training and support, but there are a couple of things we need:

Understanding of showcasing seasonal, fresh and local produce
Understanding of legal regulations and practices within a commercial kitchen
Flexibility and an ability to work weekends
Previous experience in a Head Chef role and managing a team of chefs
