This opening assignment is for 2 months The purpose of the role is to respond professionally to all enquiries from UK and TNE partners (academic and administrative), and other enquirers through a variety of sources, ensuring confidentiality and that a high standard of customer service is provided. To be an accurate source of information on admissions procedures for TNE partners.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Input and maintain accurate and uptodate records on the SITS Student Records database, extracting data and running reports from SITS as required operating in collaboration with collaborative partners. This includes liaising with Faculty and Student Record System relating to admissions, courses, modules, students' assessments and award boards.
  • Liaise with partner staff in relation to student assessment results, and provide information and support for assessment boards concerning collaborative partner students, as appropriate. Support the assessment moderation process where required.
  • Liaise with partner representatives about quality checking and inputting of decisions onto the record system ensuring adherence to quality assurance requirements.
  • Make a positive and active contribution to regular Team meetings, service and process reviews, and other Office initiatives and developments as required.
  • Supporting relevant institutional and faculty committees concerning collaborative partnerships, such as the Faculty Collaborative Management Committee and Partnerships and Collaborations Sub-Committee. Service other meetings concerning job role as required.
  • Work flexibly and provide cover during busy periods, and undertake any other such duty that may be deemed necessary by your Line Manager, within the level of post in order to support the work of the team.

If you are successful in securing this role, please note that for the entire duration of this contract, regardless of extension you will be working this role at the PAYE rate that has been advertised. For absolute clarity, we only work on a PAYE basis, rather than entertaining umbrella pay terms, we do not offer Ltd/umbrella or outside IR35 rates.
