    As National Intermediary Distribution Manager you will support the delivery of the sales strategy for Leeds Building Society's Intermediary Mortgages, for the South of the UK, leading a team of 7 field-based BDM's.

    This is a home-based role, although the expectation is that you would spend most of your time with your team and key firms across the South of the UK, with occasional visits to our head office in Leeds- just 5 minutes' walk from the train station.

    Working with the team to create and deliver effective short and long-term business plans to achieve Commercial objectives through our intermediary distribution , while ensuring quality and compliance KPIs are maintained.

    Leading, developing, coaching and motivating the BDM Team to ensure they have the appropriate skills and training for success in their roles

    Working closely with internal stakeholders, including Product, Operations, Risk and Marketing Teams, as well as the wider Intermediary Teams, to deliver an effective end to end sales proposition.

    Strong, visible people leader with an ability to inspire, coach and drive positive engagement and high-performance in a remote/field based role, fostering inclusivity, diversity of thought, experience and culture.

    Significant sales management experience within Financial Services, with strong product and mortgage knowledge.

    Credible and well networked within the Intermediaries sector with an ability to establish effective relationships, communicate and influence at all levels.

    Strong analytical skills to understand complex data.
    Ability to drive change through successful implementation of initiatives.
