About the role

You will:

Develop client relationships to promote growth and retention, delivering outstanding customer service
Champion and promote the brand and products in an effective manner
Work closely with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, utilisation of product and timely resolution on queries
Develop an in depth knowledge of all internal administrative and operational systems and processes
Provide first line support for multichannel contacts
Be the voice of the client, feedback internally customer sentiment
Liaise with customers to ensure their needs are met on delivery of media
Manage and process expiring media
Assist in account management

Essential skills

2+ years' experience in a similar role
Strong communication and organisation skills; keen attention to detail
Strong proficiency in Excel and other Office products
A highly organised approach to your work
Driven and highly motivated to ensure client satisfaction
Experience with customer management and support
Strong understanding of project and workflow management
Must be professional with good communication skills
Fluent in spoken and written English
Eligible to work in the UK
