About the role
You will:
- Develop client relationships to promote growth and retention, delivering outstanding customer service
- Champion and promote the brand and products in an effective manner
- Work closely with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, utilisation of product and timely resolution on queries
- Develop an in depth knowledge of all internal administrative and operational systems and processes
- Provide first line support for multichannel contacts
- Be the voice of the client, feedback internally customer sentiment
- Liaise with customers to ensure their needs are met on delivery of media
- Manage and process expiring media
- Assist in account management
Essential skills
- 2+ years' experience in a similar role
- Strong communication and organisation skills; keen attention to detail
- Strong proficiency in Excel and other Office products
- A highly organised approach to your work
- Driven and highly motivated to ensure client satisfaction
- Experience with customer management and support
- Strong understanding of project and workflow management
- Must be professional with good communication skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Eligible to work in the UK
