- Drive the rollout of Support and Layout Standard facility toolset, design, operating principals, performance metrics, safety, quality, delivery, cost, people and environment objectives are met.
- Lead the methodology and rollout of the Digital facility asset storage and revision control system.
- Guide the layout development process using the toolset knowledge and awareness of potential design constraints to ensure due consideration is given in developing solutions
- Support the continual development of tools and techniques which enhance capability, improve quality and robustness of Layout S/I Standards and support the rollout of BIM methodology across JLR
- Support the continual Lesson learnt process for S/I process improvements
- Previous experience and background in production process flow simulation, problem solving on complex technical systems.
- Previous experience of facility space efficiency tools.
- Previous experience of Digital facility asset storage and revision control system
- Previous experience of BIM attributes and application levels
- Previous experience of delivering layout to programme KPIs and targets
- Experience in production sites
