    Job title: Integrated Logistics Support Engineer

    Salary: £40-75k per annum

    iO Associates is seeking an Integrated Logistics Support Engineer to work with a company with a solid track record of delivering managed services, products, consulting, and research and development, a top-tier engineering and technology business that serves clients all over the world.

    We are looking for an Integrated Logistics Support Engineer who would promote and implement ILS initiatives, using your experience and resolve in supportability to advise and influence engineering, project management, services, and portfolio management, among other business roles, hardware and software developers.

    Required:

    • A degree, an HND or HNC, or appropriate work experience in the defence sector.
    • Knowledge and experience with the application of through-life support standards like ASD S-Series Specifications, DEF STAN 00-600, 00-40, 00-42, Mil Std 217F, and KiD Framework in low volume, high value products and systems in a highly regulated environment.
    • Familiarity with industry-standard ILS/ARM modelling software.

    Responsibilities:

    • Aim for the best possible Availability, Testability, Maintainability, and Reliability in the design of the product, system, and support solutions.
    • ILS and supportability documentation preparation.
    • Provide customised ILS element plans, reports, and in-service support plans to guarantee that client needs are satisfied within project budgets and timeframes.
    • Perform thorough Spares Modelling, Ease of Maintenance Assessments (EMA), Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA), Supportability Analysis (SA), and Logistic Support Analysis (LSA).
