We have an opportunity for a Graduate FEA Engineer to join the Andretti Cadillac Team at the new Silverstone Facility.
In this role you will be performing Finite Element analysis and optimizations. At Andretti Global, we aspire to be the absolute best in every aspect of our team.Team members are encouraged to challenge established thinking and share their ideas to create an environment where everyone can contribute to our shared success.
Principal AccountabilitiesSupport your allocated design group by performing analyses and optimizations to achieve weight efficient robust designs.
Prepare reports of the work you have done to present at design reviews and for future reference.
Liaise with other FEA engineers to enhance efficiency and accuracy of Analyses across the FEA group.
Scrutinize load cases for design and analysis purposes.
Support other FEA Engineers with their tasks.
Requirements
A degree in a relevant discipline (Engineering) or similar
Experience in FEA, ideally with the Altair suite of products.
Experience of Composite analysis preferred.
Experience of optimization packages.
Experience in Aerospace or high-end motorsport preferred.
Strong levels of IT skills including MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint etc.).
Positively contribute to an open and inclusive culture.
The ability to fostering collaboration and achieve project objectives.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
