    Commercial Director, Nottingham

    £80,000 - £100,000 + Package

    Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving commercial success in the property sector? We're seeking a dynamic Commercial Director to join a growing privately owned SME housebuilder based in Nottingham.

As we continue to expand, are looking for a Commercial Director who shares their vision and values to lead the commercial operations to new heights.

    You shall be an experienced Senior Commercial Manager or Head of Commercial looking to step up.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement strategic commercial plans to drive growth and profitability.
    • Lead and mentor a high-performing commercial team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
    • Oversee all aspects of land acquisition, procurement, and contract negotiations.
    • Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities to maximize revenue potential.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
    • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and ethics.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in a Senior Commercial role within the property development or construction industry (essential)
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a track record of building successful partnerships.
    • Experience working for a UK Housebuilder/Developer (essential)
    • Knowledge of UK property market dynamics, regulations, and industry best practices (essential)
    • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a focus on delivering business objectives.
    • Adept at analyzing data and market trends to inform decision-making.
    • Degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field; MBA or relevant professional qualification preferred.

    Package:

    • £80,000 - £100,000 Basic Salary (Depending on Experience)
