Job Description Do you enjoy meeting and greeting visitors, customers and contractors and pride yourself on providing excellent front of house customer service?

We're looking for an organised and confident Receptionist to join our Waterbeach based client, on a 12 months fixed term contract.

Ensuring customers, contractors and visitors are greeted along with appropriate security and health & safety procedures followed
Answering incoming calls to the switchboard
Preparation of visitor and contractor badges
Administration of fleet bookings
Previous front of house or reception experience is required, along with having high attention to detail and accuracy.

Knowledge of SharePoint and any health & safety experience would be useful.

This is a great opportunity to join a friendly team and to take ownership of the role and reception area.

Monday-Thursday 8am-4:30pm
