Are you due to graduate this year? Are you looking for your first role within the Built Environment? We have the perfect opportunity for you
We are working with a Chartered Surveyors and Architectural Consultancy based in Brighton who are looking to take on a Junior Architectural Technologist to join their multi-disciplinary team

Founded in the early 2000s with 3 offices in the UK, the practice and the team are recognised as residential architecture experts while also providing a wide range of surveying, consultancy and architectural services across most of the Sussex areas.

Although recognised as residential-based practice, they also design, and project manage commercial refurbishments

As a Junior Architectural Technologist, you will work closely with the Director of the Brighton office while also working with the close-knit team of 12.

Being a multi-disciplinary practice, you will gain exposure and support from Architects, Technologistsand other members of staff

You will be expected to have an understanding of the technical design of the RIBA stages along with UK Building Regulations.

Junior Architectural Technologist
Brighton
:

Residential sector (some commercial work too)
AutoCAD & Revit experience.
Gain support and mentorship to become a Chartered Architectural Technologist.
Exposure to the right stages to progress with your career.
Take part in site visits and measured surveys.
Client meetings (accompanied by a senior member of staff).
Written and verbal communication.
Good interpersonal skills and technical ability are key requirements.

Salary:
£18K - £22K (DOE)
