This critical role provides professional solutions and bid activities in respect of custodial operations and resource modelling services within the Serco Justice & Immigration Business unit.

Although you will not have any direct reports there is significant need for cross functional working with Senior Leads within varying units across the Business.


Are you looking to step into a Subject Matter Expert role where you can continue to grow and develop whilst fostering reducing reoffending through solutionising? If so, this role could be perfect for you to bring your current abilities of interpreting financial and performance data whilst utilising your real deep understanding and abilities to consider benefits to prisoners and families.

What you'll need to do the role

Record of driving innovation and excellence within contracts or bids
Excellent people leadership skills
Empathetic with an affinity for the passions and interests of colleagues
Methodical, process-driven and organised with excellent influencing skills and attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and prioritise particularly in a pressured environment
Excellent communication skills including relationship development and stakeholder management; individuals will be confident and articulate in all communications
Minimum 5 years' experience at Management level, with experience of Operational Management
Finally, flexibility and commitment are a must, you will be expected to work longer hours where needed to ensure success and with the Hybrid working flexibility you will work across varying offices when required to meet appropriate deadlines for Bids
