Anderson Knight are currently recruiting a Training Administrator on behalf of our client based in Glasgow, this is a full time permanent position.


As a Training Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting our clients training department in the planning, coordination, and execution of various training programs.

Your role will be instrumental in ensuring that our clients employees receive high-quality, seamless learning experiences. You will collaborate closely with the L&D team, HR professionals, and other key stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the development and maintenance of training schedules, ensuring timely communication and coordination with participants and trainers.
  • Maintain accurate training records, track attendance, and provide comprehensive reports on training activities to assess effectiveness.
  • Support the implementation of elearning platforms and virtual training sessions, ensuring technical proficiency and assisting participants with troubleshooting.
  • Carry out new start inductions, ensuring mandatory training has been completed
  • Act as a point of contact for trainingrelated queries and provide timely responses to participants' inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure training initiatives align with organizational goals and individual development plans.
  • Assist in the evaluation of training effectiveness through feedback surveys and data analysis.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in training administration to enhance the quality of our programs continually.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Training Administrator, Training Coordinator, or in a similar role.
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with various stakeholders.
  • A positive and proactive attitude with a genuine passion for learning and development.
  • High levels of reliability and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

£23,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
