Anderson Knight are currently recruiting a Training Administrator on behalf of our client based in Glasgow, this is a full time permanent position.
As a Training Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting our clients training department in the planning, coordination, and execution of various training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of training schedules, ensuring timely communication and coordination with participants and trainers.
- Maintain accurate training records, track attendance, and provide comprehensive reports on training activities to assess effectiveness.
- Support the implementation of elearning platforms and virtual training sessions, ensuring technical proficiency and assisting participants with troubleshooting.
- Carry out new start inductions, ensuring mandatory training has been completed
- Act as a point of contact for trainingrelated queries and provide timely responses to participants' inquiries.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure training initiatives align with organizational goals and individual development plans.
- Assist in the evaluation of training effectiveness through feedback surveys and data analysis.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in training administration to enhance the quality of our programs continually.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Training Administrator, Training Coordinator, or in a similar role.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with various stakeholders.
- A positive and proactive attitude with a genuine passion for learning and development.
- High levels of reliability and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
