Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a Globally recognised organisation in the recruitment of a Maintenance Supervisor. Our client is big on sustainability and keen to appoint someone with the same vision and values as them.

In the role of Maintenance Supervisor, you will working closely with the senior team; manage a team of 7 and will plan all work loads and associated activities ensuring all regulatory, statutory compliance is met.

Monday-Friday (Days only)

Salary - £44,000-£46,000 Benefits: 4x life assuranceCompetitive annual salary25 days holidayOption to buy an extra 5 days a yearCycle to work schemeAs Maintenance Supervisor your duties and responsibilities will include: Strong supervision and management of a team of 7 Planning, coordinating and allocating works Ensuring all compliance is adhered to, meeting regulatory and statutory requirements Regularly reviewing works; paperwork and data for the purpose of auditing and inspection Overseeing a key area of the plant you will also be responsibility for the efficient delivery of goods and services Liaising with contractors; production to name a few departments in the identification and resolution of issues Elevation Recruitment are keen to speak with Maintenance Supervisors who can demonstrate skills and experience in the following areas: You will be ONC qualified in electrical engineering or equivalent, with specific knowledge and experience of electrical statutory maintenance such as fixed wiring and ATEX requirements COMPEX qualification and knowledge of SAP systems – highly advantageous Hands-on experience working on an upper tier COMAH chemical plant Demonstrable skills and experience in fault finding and diagnostics essential You will have excellent communications skills both oral and written with a good level of computer literacy If this is something of interest, please apply today or contact Kerry Hill for a confidential chat
