    Description

    Student Systems Operations manage the University's student record system and related processes, which underpin the student journey from application to graduation, and provide advice to colleagues across the University on student life-cycle processes and the systems that support them.

    The role involves providing expert advice on student record processes and line managing the Student Record Operations team in the effective and efficient management of the university's student record processes and systems.

    The role is focused on providing an outstanding level of service to applicants, students and staff who engage with our student record processes and the systems that support them.

    The successful candidate will have experience of records management and of applying policy and guidance to day to day business processes, with excellent communication skills. We are also looking for someone who can react quickly to changing demands and who has experience of defining service metrics and manipulating data to evidence those demands.

    The role involves managing and supervising the work of a multi-faceted team, using initiative and judgement to respond to queries, to resolve problems and to deal with unforeseen circumstances.

    £32,982 to £38,205. Grade UE06, per annum
