About Our Client:

Our client is a highly reputable business based in Southampton. Due to a busy period of growth they are looking for someone to support their existing team. There is free onsite parking and a hybrid model of working.

As the Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • End to end payroll processing
  • New starters & leaver processing
  • Dealing with payroll queries
  • Supporting with payroll reporting
  • Calculating SSP, SMP, SPP and holiday pay
  • P60s and P45 production

The Successful Applicant:

In order to be considered for the Payroll Officer role, you will:

  • Have previously worked in a similar role and be able to demonstrate this
  • Be immediately available or on short notice
  • Be able to commute to the Southampton based office
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be able to multitask
  • Be able to work in a small team
