Panoramic Care has partnered with a specialist provision based in the South West of England that is on the lookout for an Interim Head of Safeguarding and Inclusion.

The provision caters for primary and secondary aged students with SEMH.


As the Interim Head of Safeguarding and Inclusion, you will oversee safeguarding across multiple sites and manage the Deputy Designated Safeguarding Leads.

You will be responsible for driving improvements in safeguarding and inclusion across the sites and developing effective systems.

Other responsibilities include teaching & learning reviews and working closely with the SENCo to ensure the best outcomes for all students.

You will also be the Designated Safeguarding Lead for the provision.


This is a fantastic opportunity for any Safeguarding and Inclusion Managers to utilise your leadership experience and support the school in ensuring positive outcomes for students.

You will play a key role in their leadership team and have the opportunity to make a real difference.

The contract will be starting in January and will run until the Easter break. The role will be 5 days per week, onsite and paid on a competitive daily rate.

To be considered for this opportunity, the following experience is required:

  • Designated Safeguarding Lead
  • Qualified Teacher Status
  • Management/Leadership experience
  • Extensive safeguarding and inclusion experience
  • PRU/AP experience desirable

Salary:
£250.00-£300.00 per day


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Gloucester: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- safeguarding: 3 years (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

  • HCPC (preferred)
