Looking for a Senior Syndicate Accountant to work for a Financial Service business based in the City of London.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that internal timetables are monitored and updated as and when tasks are completed.
• Review instructions and proformas from Lloyd's to ensure changes are notified.
• Perform monthly accounting for Lloyd's corporate member and service company within the ledger and production of consolidation reporting to Group.
• Work with Syndicate underwriters globally and operational team and perform analytical review of syndicate results and SBF for monthly management reporting and forecasting
• Develop understanding of Lloyd's reporting within international finance team
• Bring production of all Statutory Accounts for Corporate member and related entities.
• The role will have high visibility with the Senior Management and the Syndicate
• Underwriting MD's globally as well as with the majority shareholder

Requirements:

• Lloyd's of London accounting and reporting required.
• ACA/ACCA Qualified
• Previous experience in the production of IFRS and UK GAAP Financial Statements required.
• Lloyd's of London reporting experience required.
