IT Service Desk Analyst - VIP £4- 55k p/a + BonusFull time onsite in Belgravia, London
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a thriving financial and professional services organisation, working within their busy global IT Support function.
We are specifically looking for candidates that have solid 1st and 2nd line support experience (including VIP support), but have also gained some exposure into 3rd line support too.
The role will involve troubleshooting incidents within a busy 'live' environment, finding resolutions that fall within best practice and all the time offering exceptional levels of customer service to the wider user base.
Financial services experience e.g. Investment, Wealth, Private Equity or Asset Management~ Must have VIP and White Glove support experience
~ Experience supporting a global business
~Windows OS 10/11
~ Microsoft & Office 365
~ Active Directory/Group Policy
~ Network troubleshooting
~ ITIL
