- Joint health and safety lead for the organisation
- Ensure safe and compliant operational and facilities management
- Oversee security, maintenance, and cleanliness of all facilities
- Manage key building services and facilities contracts
- Support the Senior HR Manager in staff onboarding and facilities management
- Lead the development of an environmental plan
- Oversee the procurement of building goods and services
- Manage the operations budget and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Extensive experience in facilities and operations management, ideally in a cultural venue
- Sound knowledge of compliance and legislation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to issues and incidents as they arise
