As a Junior Marketing Executive at Boris, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing initiatives and promoting our brand in the digital landscape.

You will work closely with the sales team to execute campaigns, analyse market trends, and engage with our target audience effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote Boris.
• Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, using tools such as Google Analytics and social media insights, to optimise results.
• Support the coordination of events, webinars, and other promotional activities to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
• Develop visually appealing marketing materials, including graphics, videos, and presentations.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for growth.
• Assist in managing the company's social media channels, including content scheduling, community engagement, and monitoring of comments/messages.
• Coordinate with relevant people to ensure alignment of marketing activities with business objectives.
• Stay updated on industry news, best practices, and digital marketing trends to enhance the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Sales Manager and senior team members.

Requirements:

• Qualification in Marketing or related field.
• Previous experience in marketing is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Creativity and ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
• A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a fastpaced environment.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design principles and experience with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is advantageous,

Salary:
£23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

• Leeds: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

• Marketing: 1 year (preferred)
