The Head of E-Commerce is responsible for developing and implementing the E-commerce strategy for Pai.

Her/his objective is to drive brand visibility, acquire new customers and enhance loyalty with existing customers to achieve ambitious growth targets.

She/he will implement well thought out digital activations, track performance and continuously

improve engagement and conversion. She/he will also ensure that the customer experience on the site is optimized.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan and implement a direct to consumer strategy to deliver ambitious growth targets.
  • Create engaging user journeys and deliver high performing digital marketing activity.
  • Full responsibility for the Ecommerce P&L.
  • Responsible for managing the CRM program, the customer database, and the development and implementation of digital activations (product launches, sales and promotions) to grow the database and drive conversion to sales.
  • Responsible for the website development roadmap, ensuring that the sites are working as effectively as possible.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to define a 360° customercentric animation plan, and ensure all activity is aligned, optimised and on brand.
  • Work in partnership with the commercial and marketing teams to ensure alignment with activities on eretailer sites.
  • Manage Amazon marketplace.
  • Analyse and report on KPIs and ensure targets are met. Create action plans based on insights.
  • Manage the Ecommerce team, external agencies/suppliers and department budgets.

KEY SKILLS:

  • 10+ years experience of Ecommerce management and CRM in the B2C or FMCG sector in global markets.
  • Strong business management skills and commercial acumen.
  • Expert knowledge of digital marketing acquisition and retention, including SEO and performance marketing.
  • Project management skills with proven ability to deliver on time and to budget.
  • Proven track record of managing a high performing team and external agencies/developers.
  • UX and platform development experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience of turning insight into action.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of Shopify and/or WordPress.
  • Experience in the beauty industry.
