    Description

    Launched by Sarah Brown as a solution to her own sensitive skin, our award-winning premium skincare range is manufactured and distributed from our base in west London.

    The Head of E-Commerce is responsible for developing and implementing the E-commerce strategy for Pai.

    Her/his objective is to drive brand visibility, acquire new customers and enhance loyalty with existing customers to achieve ambitious growth targets.

    She/he will implement well thought out digital activations, track performance and continuously
    Create engaging user journeys and deliver high performing digital marketing activity.

    Responsible for managing the CRM program, the customer database, and the development and implementation of digital activations (product launches, sales and promotions) to grow the database and drive conversion to sales.

    Responsible for the website development roadmap, ensuring that the sites are working as effectively as possible.

    Collaborate with Marketing to define a 360° customercentric animation plan, and ensure all activity is aligned, optimised and on brand.

    Work in partnership with the commercial and marketing teams to ensure alignment with activities on eretailer sites.
    10+ years experience of Ecommerce management and CRM in the B2C or FMCG sector in global markets.
    ~ Strong business management skills and commercial acumen.
    ~ Expert knowledge of digital marketing acquisition and retention, including SEO and performance marketing.
    ~ Project management skills with proven ability to deliver on time and to budget.
    ~ UX and platform development experience.
    ~ Knowledge of Shopify and/or WordPress.
    ~ A permanent, full time, employment contract.
    ~ Flexible working (mandatory two days minimum required in the office).
    ~28 days holiday including public holidays with further discretionary bonus days on your birthday and during Christmas shutdown.

    ~ Sabbatical at 5 years.
