    Key Responsibilities:
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, KPIs and objectives to develop effective recruitment strategies
    • Forming positive long-term relationships with both candidates and clients
    • Sourcing candidates through various channels, including online job boards, professional networks, and industry events
    • Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, qualifications, and cultural fit
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment to continually improve processes, outcomes and continually attract new clients
    • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
    • Support trainee/graduate consultants with training
    • Use multimedia networks to outsource potential candidates and clients
    • Conduct high-quality recruitment administration, to ensure all information and activities are recorded and stored in accordance with GDPR legislations
    Qualifications:
    • Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, preferably within the automotive industry or a related technical field is essential
    • Previous experience in both blue and white-collar recruitment would be highly beneficial
    • Previous management or leadership experience would be favourable
    • Experience in recruitment-based software, such as job boards, is essential
    • Strong technical understanding of automotive systems, components, and manufacturing processes, and the candidate skillsets required
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with candidates and clients
    • Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks, manage competing priorities, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment
    • Have a positive attitude and a hands-on approach
